This policy explains the general collection and use of information when you contact Legaltrans.id, request a quotation, or use a service provided by PT Indo Lingua Translocalize.
2. Information that may be processed
Information may include contact details, assignment briefs, documents you choose to send, instructions, correspondence, transaction records, and other information needed to perform the requested service.
3. Purposes
Information is used to assess requirements, prepare a quotation, perform and quality-check the service, deliver the result, handle revisions, provide verification, and comply with applicable legal duties.
4. Confidentiality and access
Access is limited to persons who need the information for the assignment. Client documents are not published as samples, marketing material, or portfolio items without specific consent.
5. Supporting service providers
Communication, storage, payment, courier, or professional support providers may be used where necessary to deliver the requested service and subject to relevant arrangements.
6. Retention and deletion
Information is retained for as long as needed for service delivery, follow-up, verification, dispute resolution, accounting, or legal obligations. Deletion requests are assessed against any applicable retention duty.
7. Website measurement
Legaltrans.id may record limited operational data such as article pages viewed, service-button clicks, WhatsApp handoffs, referral source, and campaign parameters. This measurement uses a random session identifier and does not store WhatsApp message content, document content, client names, or visitor telephone numbers.
